We are looking for a talented Junior User Experience Designer to join the team at our office in Oak Brook, IL. The focus of this position will be to engineer web experiences, working with designers, copywriters and developers to see your work come to life. Responsibilities

• Design outstanding user experiences on the web
• Create user personas, scenarios, feature lists, site maps, wireframes and other documents to support the user experience creation
• Collaborate with web designers, copywriters and developers to produce pixel-perfect end products

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in UX design
• Strong online portfolio showcasing your best work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and prototyping software tools
• Understanding of information architecture and usability
• Prototyping skills including sketching, wireframes and information visualization
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate progress throughout each project
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
