Tales and Yarns by Laurie Laliberte: Teens, Sex, and Relationships

Place two chai tea bags in a small nonstick saucepan with one cup water, one cup milk, and one tablespoon sugar.

Bring mixture to a boil.

Remove from heat, cover, and allow to steep for three to five minutes before removing tea bags.

Serve in a big, pretty mug.

For frozen chai, reduce the amount of water by about half. After steeping, pour into a blender with ice. Blend until frothy and serve in a tall glass.
